Mr Yeoh is an advisor to Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd, a substantial shareholder of the Company.  He also sits on the boards of MobileOne Ltd and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (both listed on the Singapore Exchange). Mr Yeoh is concurrently a director of Accuron Technologies Limited and an advisor to The EDB Society.  He held various positions at DBS Bank between 1969 and 1995 with his last post being president and director between 1985 and 1995. He was also a director of Times Publishing Limited until January 2008. Mr Yeoh holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Malaya, Singapore and was awarded the Public Service Star by the President of Singapore in 1999.
