Mr Lee is the managing partner of Shenton Law Practice LLP.  He also holds directorships in most of the Company's subsidiaries.  Mr Lee is also a director of Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd (a substantial shareholder of the Company).  He was previously an executive director and the chief executive officer of the Company, from which he stepped down in January 2008.  He remains as a non-Executive Director. Mr Lee was also the managing director and chief executive officer of SP Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Singapore Exchange, from which he resigned with effect from 30 November 2009. He was also a director of Gul Technologies Singapore Ltd (listed on the Singapore Exchange) and the managing partner of Messrs Ang & Lee, a law firm, from 1994 to 2001.  Mr Lee has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore.
