Mr Chiu holds directorship in most of the Company’s subsidiaries. He has extensive experience in property development and property management in Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr Chiu was the contract manager for the development of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Between 1990 and 1991, he was the project manager for various developments under the New World Group. From 1992 to 1996, he worked as a project manager for Seyen Investment Pte Ltd, a property developer in Singapore. He was the operations director of Habitat Properties Pte Ltd, a Singapore property developer. Mr Chiu holds a Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) degree from the University of Hong Kong.
