Mr Liem is concurrently a non-executive director of SP Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Singapore Exchange. He is also a non-executive director of Gul Technologies Singapore Ltd (listed on the Singapore Exchange). In addition, Mr Liem holds directorship in Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd (a substantial shareholder of the Company), GT Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd and Grand Hotel Group (previously listed on the Australian Stock Exchange). Mr Liem worked with Lehman Brothers and the GITI group prior to joining the Company in 2004. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California at Berkeley and holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
