Ms Liem is a director of Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd (the Company’s substantial shareholder), GITI Holdings Ltd, GITI Tire Pte Ltd, GT Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd, Habitat Properties Pte Ltd, Conservation International Singapore Ltd, and other private companies. Ms Liem also sits on the Global Advisory Board (Asia Cabinet) of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She was a non-executive director of the Company’s Singapore listed subsidiary, SP Corporation Limited between 1991 and 1999. Ms Liem has extensive experience in the management of property development, manufacturing, retail and trading companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
