Mr Singh is the chairman of RSM Chio Lim LLP (a member of RSM International) and a director of Gul Technologies Singapore Ltd and Sunningdale Tech Ltd (both listed on the Singapore Exchange). He holds memberships in various professional bodies. Mr Singh is also the past president of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Singapore, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Singapore, Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. In addition, he held chairmanship in the Audit Practice Committee and the Accounting Standards Committee of Institute of the Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (“ICPAS”). He was awarded the Silver Medal by ICPAS in 1994 for his contributions to the community and accounting profession in Singapore. He holds an MBA from the Cass Business School of the London City University.
