Mr Choo is concurrently a director of the Pan-West group of companies, subsidiaries of the Company. He was a director of Permasteelisa Pacific Holdings Ltd and stepped down in 2008 after its successful voluntary delisting from the Singapore Exchange. Mr Choo was appointed to the board of Power Senoko Pte Ltd in 1997 and assumed the chairmanship from 1999 to 2001. He held various senior positions in the finance function of the Shell group of companies in Singapore and was the assistant treasurer, Global Treasury Division of Caltex Corporation. Mr Choo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) degree from the University of Singapore.
