Striking-Off Of A Dormant Subsidiary - TSH Australia Investment Pte Ltd

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited (“Tuan Sing”) wishes to announce that its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, TSH Australia Investment Pte Ltd, had upon its application and as subsequently notified in the Government Gazette dated 19 January 2010 been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 with effect from 15 January 2010.

The aforesaid striking-off is not expected to have any material impact on the financial position of the Tuan Sing Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.
