Establishment Of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary-Asplenium Land Pte. Ltd.

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce the establishment of the following wholly-owned subsidiary:-

Name                   :    Asplenium Land Pte. Ltd.

Principal Activity    :    Property Development and Investment

Paid-Up Capital      :    S$1,000,000/-

The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the financial position of the Tuan Sing Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above investment.
