Date Of Release Of First Quarter 2010 Financial Results

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it will release the Group’s unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2010 on Friday, 30 April 2010, after the close of trading.

The Company will, in the same evening, post the aforesaid results together with PowerPoint presentation and News Release on its website at www.tuansing.com.
