Liquidation Of Dormant Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited (“Tuan Sing”) wishes to announce that the following dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries have been placed under members’ voluntary liquidation:

1.        TS Matrix Berhad
2.        TS Matrix Auto Sdn. Bhd.
3.        TS Matrix Properties Sdn. Bhd.
4.        TSM International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
5.        Polymold Tool & Engineering Malaysia Sdn. Berhad.

The liquidation of the aforesaid dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries is not expected to have any material impact on the financial position of the Tuan Sing Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholder of Tuan Sing has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.
