Date Of Release Of Second Quarter and Half-Year 2010 Financial Results

Tuan Sing Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it will release the Group’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30 June 2010 on Friday, 30 July 2010, after the close of trading.

The Company will, in the same evening, post the aforesaid results together with PowerPoint presentation and News Release on its website at www.tuansing.com.
