Tuan Sing Group's Hotels Investment is represented by Grand Hotel Group, which owns the 5-star Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt Regency Perth.


Grand Hyatt Melbourne is centrally located within the eastern precinct in Melbourne’s Central Business District (“CBD”) which is renowned as the “Paris End” on the southern side of Collins Street intersected with the eastern side of Russell Street and a rear frontage to Flinders Lane.

The internationally recognised 5-star hotel comprises a total of 548 hotel rooms and suites over 34 levels. It was completed in November 1986 and extensively renovated in recent years.

Facilities and amenities include the Collins Kitchen restaurant with seating for approximately 120 diners, a lobby lounge with seating for approximately 40 people, a Bistro Bar with capacity for approximately 24 people, the Ru-Co bar with seating for approximately 160 people. Conference and banquet facilities comprise a total of 16 rooms, including the Savoy Ballroom and Mayfair Ballroom. In total, the hotel offers 2,255 square metres of premium meeting/conference facilities over one designated level being level 8 including the Residence which is marketed as the hotel’s premium event space as a private residence concept covering more than 643 square metres. Recreational facilities comprise a day spa, health and fitness centre. The day spa operates as Sanctuary Spa while the health and fitness centre operates as City Club and offers hotel patrons facilities such as an extensive fitness centre, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball area and driving range.

Non-hotel operations include three retail tenancies fronting Collins Street, three retail tenancies fronting the Grand Hyatt Hotel Porte-Cochere, a basement tenancy and two car park basement tenancies with a total lettable area of 3,024 square metres.

The tenancies are a mixture of short to long-term leases ranging from three to ten years. Some of the luxurious and high-end stores in the hotel’s shopping complex include Bvlgari, Paspaley Peals and Emporio Armani.

The basement car park comprises a total of 597 car bays. The car park is configured over 4 levels and has access from Russell Street and Finders Lane.
