Tuan Sing Group's Hotels Investment is represented by Grand Hotel Group, which owns the 5-star Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt Regency Perth.


Hyatt Regency Perthis located at the eastern end of Perth’s CBD on the southern side of Adelaide Terrace and the northern side of Terrace Road between Plain Street to the east and Bennett Street to the west. 

The hotel was completed in 1984 and forms an integrated 5-star hotel, office, retail, and parking complex with the adjacent commercial centre. It comprises 367 hotel rooms and suites over the upper nine levels and offers the largest standard sized guestrooms within the Perth CBD. Many of the hotel’s guestrooms offer views over the Swan River or city skyline.

Facilities and amenities available include a total of five food and beverage outlets as well as the Regency Club at level 8. Conference facilities comprise 16 function rooms situated over three levels comprising the lobby, plaza and level 1 of the hotel. The conference facilities within the hotel total 2,596 square metres in size and comprise two ballrooms that are divisible into smaller function facilities as well as a lounge, two separate function rooms, a boardroom, task room, a business centre meeting room. Other facilities include a recently refurbished fitness centre comprising an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and day spa services operating as Rose Moon Spa.

Non-hotel operations, cater for retail and office tenants, include a three-level office in the building facing Terrace Road, Adelaide Terrace and Plain Street with a lettable area of 20,235 square metres, ground floor retail and commercial units with a total lettable area of 2,547 square metres, a squash centre and a car park which can accommodate approximately 1,018 cars.

Lease terms comprise a mixture of short and long-term periods ranging from four to 15 years. Rent reviews typically include a combination of market reviews and fixed or CPI increases per annum.  The major tenant is Fortescue Metals Group which occupies approximately 70% of the total office area.

Tenancies for retail and commercial units are a mixture of short to long-term leases ranging from three to ten years.

Perth Land consists of Lots 11 and 12 Terrace Road of vacant landholdings with freehold tenure and areas of 1,405 square metres and 1,667 square metres respectively. Both lots adjoin
to the Hyatt Regency Perth hotel and are vacant lots capable of supporting a future development.
