Frequently Asked Questions

We are a regional investment holding company operating in four business segments, namely Property, Hotels Investment, Industrial Services and Other Investments. Click here for more information about our respective business segments and what we do.

Our presence in commercial, residential and hospitality properties are strategically located in key cities across the Asia-Pacific, particularly in Singapore where we are headquartered, as well as China, Indonesia and Australia. 

While we remain focused on the property and hotels investment segments as our key growth drivers, we have also begun looking beyond Singapore, namely Indonesia and China, for opportunities.

As of 10 March 2020, Tuan Sing Holdings Limited ("Tuan Sing") is 53%-owned by Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd, while our substantial shareholder Koh Wee Meng owns a 5.86% stake. Approximately 40.9% of the issued ordinary shares of the Tuan Sing is held by the public.

As of end-2019, Tuan Sing holds an effective equity interest of 44.5% in Gul Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, and 7.8% interest in Sanya Summer Real Estate, a property developer incorporated in China.
