The brilliant creation of award-winning New York-based architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, and architects61, 18 Robinson is a sleek, statement building reminiscent of New York’s Times Square and Manhattan’s Flatiron Building. Strategically located at the junction of Robinson Road and Market Street, it is at a key convergence point within the Central Business District, and its presence mirrors the eclectic energy at Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing.
18 Robinson is a 28-storey integrated Grace-A office and retail development which comprises 7 storeys of elegant commercial space and 18 storeys of prime, high-ceiling office space extending elegantly above the cantilevered retail podium, separated by a picturesque open-air garden stretching from the 6th to the 8th storey.
The building offers a carefully curated mix of urban dining options, modern health and fitness centres, and wellness boutiques. It is equipped with energy-and-water saving features aimed at achieving BCA’s Green Mark GoldPLUS standards and also takes pride in providing an automated car parking system which is the first of its kind in Singapore and South-East Asia. The system uses battery-powered automated guided vehicles driven by a laser-guided positioning system to transport and park cars across 6 levels of basement carparks.
