Crafted by acclaimed New York-based architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, and architects61, 18 Robinson is a sleek and iconic building reminiscent of New York’s Times Square and the Flatiron Building in Manhattan. Nestled at the intersection of Robinson Road and Market Street in the heart of the Central Business District in Singapore, it mirrors the vibrant energy of Tokyo’s Shibuya Crossing.
This 28-story integrated development combines Grade-A office and retail spaces, featuring seven stories of stylish commercial areas and 18 stories of premium office spaces. An open-air garden spans from the 6th to the 8th floor, providing a serene oasis within the structure. 18 Robinson offers a curated mix of urban dining, fitness centers, and wellness boutiques. It’s designed with a focus on sustainability, aiming for BCA’s Green Mark GoldPLUS standards. The building also boasts an innovative automated car parking system, a first in Singapore and Southeast Asia, using battery-powered automated guided vehicles guided by a laser positioning system to streamline parking across six levels of basement carparks
