Acquired in 2017, LINK@896 is a 5-storey mixed use office and retail building with 198 car parking lots. Located within the prime district of the Bukit Timah Estate, it sits on the largest plot of commercial land along Bukit Timah Road and is directly connected to the King Albert Park MRT station on the Downtown Line. Tuan Sing carried out an Asset Enhancement Initiative in 2019 in order to reposition the building, and in the process, inaugurated new lifestyle retail tenants such as Cold Storage as well as several food and beverage tenants including Burger King and Cedele.
